Registering for an online account is free and easy and will allow you to view and manage your details for the following services:

  • Housing Benefits/Council Tax Support
  • Business Rates
  • Landlord
  • Education Benefits (For School Administrators Only)

  1. Each service consists of a block like this

  2. You'll need to enter a reference number

  3. Once you've received your PIN, you'll need to enter it to activate this service

  4. When the service is active, you'll see some key information, and you'll be able to click this to see the service in more detail

  5. You can change to other accounts you have which also use this service

  6. You can add or remove this service
